Pickup Trip Checklist: Shop First, Travel Light

Pickup lets you buy before your trip and collect everything in Korea. You carry it home yourself, so there is no international shipping fee. Here is a simple checklist.

Before your trip

1. Pick your city. Seoul, Ulsan, Busan or Jeju. See the map on the Services page.
2. Tell us your arrival date. Use the Ask about Pickup button.
3. Order early. Korean stores usually take a few days to deliver, and sold-out items can delay things. Leave some days of buffer.
4. Choose how you buy. We Buy (we place the order) or You Buy (you order with your Korean address).
5. Check your luggage allowance. Your airline decides how much you can carry and what extra bags cost.

Packing for the flight

• Liquids over 100 ml and sprays usually cannot go in cabin baggage. Put them in checked luggage, and check the airline's rules for aerosols and batteries.
• Fragile items (glass bottles, albums with sharp corners) travel best wrapped in clothes.
• Expect the weight of your purchases to add up. Weigh your bag before you leave for the airport.

On pickup day

• We email you the exact pickup address and time after your booking is confirmed.
• Check your items when you collect them.
• Bring your order confirmation. We tell you if anything else is needed.
