How Our Fees Work: One Page, No Surprises
You pay in two steps: first for the items and our fees, then for international shipping once your box is packed and measured. Here is everything in the first step.
What you pay when you order (We Buy)
| Charge | Amount | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Item price | As on the store page | What the Korean store charges for the product. |
| Korean delivery | $4 flat per item | Getting each item from the Korean store to us. |
| Service fee | 5% | Of the item price plus the Korean delivery. Buying, checking, and talking to the seller. |
| Handling | $3 per item | Receiving your item and getting it ready for packing. |
Why a flat $4 for Korean delivery?
Korean stores charge different delivery fees, and many are free above a minimum order. Instead of guessing, we charge the same $4 for each item you add. You always know it before you pay. With You Buy there is no such fee from us: you pay the store directly when you order.
Worked example: one item
At an example rate of ₩1,250 = $1, an item that costs ₩30,000 is $24.00.
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Item | $24.00 |
| Korean delivery | $4.00 |
| Service fee (5% of $28.00) | $1.40 |
| Handling | $3.00 |
| Pay now | $32.40 |
Worked example: two items
Two items, ₩30,000 and ₩18,000 ($24.00 and $14.40), added as two lines.
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Items | $38.40 |
| Korean delivery (2 × $4) | $8.00 |
| Service fee (5% of $46.40) | $2.32 |
| Handling (2 × $3) | $6.00 |
| Pay now | $54.72 |
Paid later: international shipping
We pack your items into one box, measure it, and show you carrier prices. You choose and pay then. It depends on the final weight and size, so we do not guess it in advance, but our shipping calculator gives you an estimate.
Optional extras
Photos, an inspection video, bubble wrap, stronger protection, a hard box, repacking, minimal packaging, items-only for albums and vacuum compression. You pick them per item, and the price is shown before you pay.
Pickup and Pickup + Stay
There is no international shipping, because you carry the order home. If we buy it for you, the same item, delivery, service and handling charges apply. Accommodation is quoted separately.
