Free Storage Days: Waiting for a Pre-order or Restock

Korean releases and restocks rarely arrive on the same day. Our warehouse holds your packages so you can wait for the last one and ship them together.

How it works

• Once a package is checked in, the free storage days start.
• At the time of writing you get 30 days free for each package.
• After that, a small daily fee applies per package (see Pricing for the current rate).

Why wait?

One box usually costs less to ship than several parcels. That is why many customers wait for a pre-order album or a restock, and ship once. See Why Combining Orders Lowers Your Shipping Bill.

Tips

1. Order pre-orders and in-stock items in the same week when you can.
2. Check release and restock dates on the store page before you order.
3. If an item is delayed, you can ship the others now and send the late one separately.
4. Do not leave packages sitting: keep an eye on the dates, because the free days end.
